I have been a Turnaround/Financial & Operational Professional for over 18+ years and have worked for Private and Public companies in various roles in multiple industries including Regional Controller for Le Meridien in 2005; 12 Owned Hotels and 20+ companies; global brand sale to Starwood; JV created to liquidate the assets not sold in the Global Brand Sale, I was the only US employee not sold in the deal and consulted for 2 years; responsible for liquidating the US operations; (experience in Forensic/Corporate Accounting); built a Mortgage Company for a bank that had a cease & desist; 15 underperforming branches; built multiple departments for the Mortgage Lending Division; (experience in Mortgage & Corporate Accounting) I was fully responsible for all things related to the accounting function for the lending division.
(was one of the original team members); Most recently for the past 6 years in the Food & Beverage space, I have built 7 brands, 90+ food products, was the CFO and was responsible for building the first company (4rs), and then took that company and expanded it internationally; importing products from 5+ countries; became the EVP/COO of that company; (experience in Corporate & Cost Accounting) fully built out every department for that company, have experience in Fund Accounting (as I built two very successful charities; both that I founded and/or was heavily involved in the day-to-day and programs of those charities & have a track record of 10+ years., additionally built out a Financial Lit., Program for Teens in Fostercare tied to a multi-year contract with the State of Illinois/DCFS); have consulted with 15+ companies.
